Attracting, cultivating, and retaining talent to support business success are strategic priorities for building long-term economic prosperity and mobility across the three-county Charleston region. Join Charleston Regional Development Alliance and the One Region partner organizations to build local capacity for our own Lowcountry college graduates. Every business can help. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Engage with higher education. Post job openings on local college/university career center job portals to help our region retain our talent.
    2. Develop more internships so that all local students can imagine a local future.
    3. Develop and post international internships and job openings to increase the level of global fluency in the Charleston’s workforce.
